The visions I see in my head when I think of you, flash of such vivid color of greens within the trees, blues radiate from the swift water, cold to the touch. Soft blades of grass waving in spirials around our serene oasis. I hear a twinkle in the wind and feel the warm breeze upon my skin. I think of you when the sun feels just right, like the most perfect, untouched piece of heaven on earth. You created those times that felt protected, wild and free. You will always be my part of my soul. You've taught me to be grounded, you gave me the best job in the world to do, and that was taking care of you. You showed me what it is the be calm, sitting in peace, just the two of us, listening to the sound of the birds in the trees. You gave me energy, you knew when we were ready to move. Our adventures went father than a walk in the park, they were moment of time that created an inseperable bond between the two of us. You always lead the way. We escaped the world together, getting lost in the place where we most felt like home. We loved to be running through the forest and the praire together, watching you leap above the rustle underneath you. We seeked the best spots to lay in the shade and dip your paws into the chilled water. You were an excellent swimmer, a true dock dog. Nothing phased you during those long days at the lake, closing your eyes and falling asleep to the rocking of the waves. Spending hours watching us fish, just so you could get a sniff. The most gentle soul i've ever touched. You encountered many friends of all sizes, you were the pillar of everyones connection. You tought your pack not just how to lead, but to play, and stick together. A companion to all. Whether it be the smaller than a mouse, or larger than a horse, you were not afraid to say hello, and to quickly make them know you are friendly and safe. You will always be the most special in my heart, there are so many unique things about you that made you more than just a dog. You were my leader, my compainion, my rock. Now your something very different, that i'm not used too. Your my angel. A true angel that carries me through the day. I see you in my visions, my heart, and my dreams. You are the most beautiful precious angel i've ever seen. Fly forever with those wings. I can't wait to be with you.
